College of the Ozarks Graduates Reopen Hidden Pines Restaurant in Historic Downtown Branson

Publisher

BRANSON, MO – After a short seasonal break, Hidden Pines Restaurant is officially back open, welcoming guests once again for its classic American breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Owners Pierce Evans and Chad Thomas, both graduates of College of the Ozarks, temporarily closed the restaurant for three weeks to work on what they describe as “big and exciting projects,” which they plan to announce this spring. While details remain under wraps, the duo is eager to continue growing their business, which has become a favorite for both locals and visitors.

Known for its fresh, locally sourced, cooked-to-order meals, Hidden Pines is famous for its giant hand-breaded onion rings, soup flights, and local steaks. The restaurant also stands out for its allergen-friendly menu, making it an accessible dining option for guests with celiac disease, gluten intolerance, and alpha-gal syndrome.

During the closure, Evans and Thomas expanded their team, hiring new staff to keep up with growing demand. Now, with doors open once again, customers can enjoy their favorite dishes in a welcoming, hometown atmosphere.

Hidden Pines is open Thursday through Sunday, with hours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday. The restaurant takes its last table one hour before closing.

As anticipation builds for the restaurant’s upcoming announcements, Evans and Thomas are encouraging the community to stop by, enjoy a meal, and see what’s in store for the future of Hidden Pines.
